The InBody Test
 

1. Understand your weight

  •    Weight alone is a poor indicator of health because it does not distinguish fat from muscle.  The InBody divides weight into body, muscle, and fat.

  • Percent Body Fat (PBF) assesses your health more accurately than BMI.  Focus on gaining muscle and losing fat to improve your PBF and overall well-being.
