Inbody Composition Analysis
Go beyond the scale with the InBody Test, an in-depth analysis of your body composition in less than 45 seconds! This test will determine your percent body fat, basal metabolic rate, segmental muscle balance and body composition history

The InBody Test
1. Understand your weight
-
Weight alone is a poor indicator of health because it does not distinguish fat from muscle. The InBody divides weight into body, muscle, and fat.

2. Set your goals
-
Percent Body Fat (PBF) assesses your health more accurately than BMI. Focus on gaining muscle and losing fat to improve your PBF and overall well-being.

3. Measure you strength
-
InBody test allows you to discover how many pounds of lean mass you have distributed in each segment of your body. See which exercises bring out the best results.
4. Lower your risk
-
Lowering your visceral fat lowers your risk of developing future health problems such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

5. Track your progress
-
Testing continuously allows you to monitor and track the changes in your body.
