ABOUT THE EXAM
What is an immigration medical exam?
An immigration medical exam, also called a green card medical exam, is required for most applicants filing to become a permanent resident or green card holder in the United States. The exam must be performed by a USCIS-designated civil surgeon and submitted using Form I-693.

Dr. Medina is authorized to conduct comprehensive immigration physicals and complete all required USCIS documentation for your case.
